No, you get to have only one submission to give everyone a fair chance.
We will sort out the repeated usernames/emails and reflect it on our sheet, so don't worry

Pixel program is basically about gift economy. Color users get to give pixels to each other, which gain the value as a coin only when received by other users.

Yes, it does not turn into COL. You have to receive the pixels from somebody else.
