In 2011, there was destruction in Japan from Earthquake and then tsunami inspite of the technology with Japan

No one is prepared for a 9.5 earthquake.  It would be prohibitively expensive to build everything to withstand that much force.

EARTHQUAKE Activity Highest in Last 20 Years By Far!! I monitor # of 2.5+ mag earthquakes over previous 7 days from usgs.gov . 180-250 is normal 300-500 is high. A few times that number hit 700-800. IT'S AT 1409 TODAY! Over the last week its,gone up everyday mainly from Volcano activity in Hawaii which just so happens to be right in the middle of the RING OF FIRE.

As a sidenote, I was trying to warn people over the past week but couldn't log on from my phone and about 3 other wifi spots. They were all blocked. Didn't really make sense to me because I rarely post. U may want to rethink your blocking policy on here.

No country would accept that many people because it would be the end of it. Japan could potentially buy a part of some big country like Russia, USA or China and settle there but I don't see that happening ever. They are proud, smart and resourceful people and they'll figure something out.

If you look at it that way then yes, that is possible but be realistic, that's never gonna happen because no nation is dividing itself willfully. If they go anywhere, they'll go together. All 130million of them.
