Always when price was 3 litoshi, drop to 1 listoshi and repeat multiple times...

Maybe you could help correct our misunderstanding. To make it perfectly clear, could you tell us:

A) The number of coins mined by the dev in the first 10 blocks, i.e the number of coins in the premine?
B) The total number of coins in existence now?
C) The total number of coins that will ever be mined?

Then, divide A by B, multiply by 100 to express it as a percentage; call it "D"
Then, divide A by C, multiply by 100 to express it as a percentage; call it "E"

So, what are D and E?
