Most likely it will happen privately and individually. the team will directly interact with the customer and seek loyal customers who would fulfill their request. Here is a little confusing activity.

Regulation of crypto-currencies and the legal status of smart-contracts are two separate things we are dealing with (and the statuts of crypto-currency wouldn't necessarely impact the adoption of smart-contracts)  as the challenges are not the same although these technologies are linked, for sure.

For sure ! We want to focus on the artist and fans, and aim at improving traceability and listening of the tracks for a better and fair redistribution. The music industry is dominated by music labels on one hand and by copyright companies because artists don't have the tools or solutions for artistic freedom. Imagine if all the music content was recorded on the blockchain, and that every listenings (that today can automatically be identified thanks to listening tools like Shazam) could be tracked and listed so that that the artist knows exactly who listens to his music, on what frequency, etc... ?
