I am pleased to announce the opening of the first Shades Minoco Mining Cluster Fund. The way the funds work are simple. The contract will outline the set hardware allocated to this contract. 25 days after IPO, there will be a motion for shareholders to vote on the use of the cluster. Once the vote has passed, 85% of all revenue will be paid out on the 1st of  both March and September as a dividend.
This is a great way to get into the heart of a mining company without all the headache (theres a bunch of headache)

Shares are listed under the ticker SDM.LEVA and are going IPO later today for the low low price of 0.1btc each.

Any questions can be addressed here.

Sale will start at 00:00 in 6 hours from this post. Get them while they are hot! Depending how well this works out, I have 4 other setups like this and parts for about 5 more coming so there could be funds LEVB, C, D, E and so on.

EDIT: See last reply for details. Next two buy orders for 100 or more shares get 10% extra. Read reply for more info.

Looks good.  You're right mining is a headache.  It takes alot of attention especially if other people are depending on it.  I don't have a life anymore.   Angry   ... its all good though.

Quite interesting. One thing I question is the semi-annual payments. These seem very long-range and spread out for a bitcoin company. (Compare this to the daily payouts of SMM). Is it possible to narrow that to quarterly or monthly payments instead?

It is, but by doing semi-annual payments, this allows for revenue to sit with the company and motions to purchase new hardware, invest in X Y Z and other activities to occur. Secondly, a majority of the contracts are at the very least 6 months in size, so this would also allow for an steady return.  Maybe with the next fund we can place different rules and make it a much quicker payout.

Early adopters got a nice dividend payout as a thank you. 5btc payed over 212 shares. That should be a good way to start this baby up. Who knows if it wont be the last random gift dividend too.

The next two orders over 100 shares will get an extra 10% of shares.

Must PM me with your account ID in which I will send you mine to transfer the shares to. Once I see you really did buy them, I will transfer back the original amount plus the bonus.

I am debating making a motion to change dividend payout to monthly. Would people be interested in this to spark growth?

Also, our current in house hash rate is about to reach 20ghs this week and just a few moments ago we generated out 60th bitcoin for our clients with only 2 weeks on monitoring and at 12ghs. Further service upgrades are set for this month with 3 new clients ready to start awaiting for us to green light the service once more amperage is provided.
