Compiled version 2.5.1 with CUDA 8 (for old nVidia cards, tested on GeForce GT 440) with devfee set to 0% and OpenSSL 1.1.1. If someone need other versions (CUDA9.2-CUDA10) compiled with last versions of http, hwloc, OpenSSL, write me PM.

2.5.1 CUDA 8 (Fermi)

You are absolutely right, who knows what is sitting in this code compiled by @dormancygrace.
Unfortunately, despite the warnings, there will always be amateurs of risky miners from uncertain sources.

Additionally, why is this for Fermi cards only? I hardly know anyone using 400/500-series cards anymore for any application at all, much less for mining, and the entire series of cards wasn't extremely power-efficient in the first place. What's already been said about this application being dubious is also true- there have been cases of no-devfee miners containing hidden RATs (remote access trojans) and other viruses inside, and OP doesn't exactly have high trust at this point in time.

It`s not only for Fermi, but it`s compiled with Fermi support. I compile for myself at first, cause i have some Fermi cards and free electricity.
