Motherboard advice - which one?

Hello, I am about to upgrade my rig from a coupe of cards in my every day PC, to a standalone rig. I was looking at getting the Gigabyte GA-H110-D3A (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B072NDFT1D/ref=ox_sc_act_title_10?smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&psc=1) with 6 PCI-E slots and filling them all at the start.

But then I thought that if I want to expand in the future I'd have to buy an build a complete new rig, so I started looking into boards with more PCI-E slots, to give me room to expand later with less cost involved (simply the GPUs and another PSU). And I found these boards:

Has anyone used any of these and can give any advice as to which might be best to use?

I will be using Windows 10 on an SSD and running RX570s. Starting with 4 (plus 2x560s that I already have) and possibly expanding later in the year depending how it goes.

I think you'd be perfectly fine with the first board you suggested, if you're only looking to build 1 rig and aren't ready to expand.. there's no reason to go "all out" on it

Like the person above said, no reason to go all crazy. My first mobo was an Asus H170 Gaming Pro. It was a 100 bucks, plus 30 mail rebate. This mobo has 6 pcie  slots.

Like mentioned already, the first board is a OK ! Also, remember that the more GPUs per MOBO the harder it is to troubleshoot. And you probably need to troubleshoot , rare occasions when miner runs stable from the first power-on.

Have used both of the Gigabyte boards in rigs and couldn't fault either of them for mining. The Gigabyte site has a handy guide for setting the BIOS for mining.

I'm a fan of Gigabyte but would also suspect that the other two would be absolutely fine as well. Your decision really is 6 or 12 slots.

those are good but expensive motherboard if I would choose motherboard having 6x slot PCIe is cheaper and can save money.

I appreciate the motivation you want to buy the card to anticipate if the next time will add more GPU.

You are forgetting the ASUS B250 Mining Expert motherboard which can support up to 19-GPUs (with at least 6 mining GPUs minimum. these are the p106,p104,and p102s). If as you said, you are looking to expand in the future, i believe the ASUS B250 will do you good because it is much more efficient in terms of fixed and recurring costs. i don't like the asus it's very bug and the 19 gpu thing will never work, they are not into mining so well like asrock, the best are biostar and h110 pro btc

btc pro is certanly the best to get higher ROI with any rig.
just find the cheapest at your area and thats it
