Make sure you are strong and can hold. I am super strong and will hold no matter what, but even I am getting a bit sad lately. This market is just getting crazy depressing.

I think that the main advice is not to participate in all ICO in a row and carefully choose projects. I would advise you to explore sites like "icobench" with ratings.

Create a wallet on Blockchain.info.
Register on an exchanger. Read more about it here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=223.0
Surf the forum and use 'search' for every particular information you are looking for. Do not start newbie topics, the forum is full of it and we do not need to trust it out with same kind topics.
Do not beg for merits.

Never ever ever give your private key to anyone, whether it is a very -and also this should mean scetchy- juicy airdrop or a very hyped up bounty.
Keep your private key in a paper not in a word or note file in your computer.

Dont buy on the top, dont fall for the pump and dump schemes, dont get phished (be careful with your private keys/which sites you are accessing), do your research before buying anything, dont sell at the loss (there are rare exceptions) and most importantly, dont let your feelings to control your trading.

First, get a ground knowledge of what crypto is all about, prepare your heart and get rid of emotions. Then try your best to learn Technical Analysis and Foundamental Analysis, it will help you alot. Open your mind, the crypto space is vast and filled with opportuinties. Make sure you save your private keys and passwords.  Lock your Exchange accounts  with 2fa and use strong email passwords. Welcomed to the world of endless possibilities

make decisions about your investments without emotions, and if you already have a crypto, then relax and do not panic.

I've felt like being a newbie here and I am self-taught, I don't know who it was at that time but because I was curious about cryptocurrency I ended up reading a lot about how to earn money, keep a wallet and now understand a bit about trading

This is good advice. Do not panic when your investment portfolio goes into negative. First, learn as much as possible about cryptocurrencies. And do not listen to anyone at the forum, about investing in any project, for all you will be responsible!

My suggestion for you is, Just work hard and take control on your mind. Before joining ICO you should verify it and keep your wallet secure. If need any help, just knock an experienced person.

This answers all the questions one can ask but seriously what is the problem of yours, what is the question that needs the answer for your progress? If you know how to ask, you can get the answer easily. But knowing the question is not the easiest.

You do not post what kind of advice do you want to receive and from what area or subjects, if you want free coins and wants to participate in various bounty campaign my advice, is to read and follow their instructions, you don't want your entry not included after a week of hard work promoting.
