Start to study investment, and determined with the direction of your stay here. Will it be trading or long-term investment?

Create an investment plan for 2018.

This means take a good look at your income and how much extra money you can use to invest.
Make sure you look at the whole year and what percentage of your income you can devote on a monthly basis.

Then decide how much profit you would like to make.
In crypto, it is not foolish to expect even 5x to 10x returns, anything in that range is realistic.
Since it is already june, aim to earn 20% of your profit goal from now to september, and then the rest in the end of the push (there is typically a huge bull run at the end of the year).

Then, start to build your portfolio.
Allocate percentages.  For example, 40% of your portfolio in btc, eth, or ltc (these coins are the ones you will use to make purchases in alts or an ico), 20% in privacy coins, 20% in smart contract platforms, etc.

Don't forget to allocate around 20% to super speculative risky investments like and ico.
Do all of this, and you are already 100% smarter investor than the vast majority of idiots doing crypto.

If you are a newbie here at bitcointalk, then I suggest to read all the posts that you wanted to know about bitcoin and altcoins, do not just join the forum just becuase of the campaigns, we all started out as newbies here, and we ranked up because our knowledge about crypto currency also went up, there is no doubt that the campaigns are worth it, especially signature campaigns, but don't forget that we are a community here, you can also check out the post of others wherein they will teach you more about crypto currency, more about on POS/ Masternodes, trading, and how you can be a good investor,  you must first learn before you earn.

As a newbie like you i could advise you to read more on the forum to learn more about cryptocurrency and interact with the old members in this forum. Don't assume as if you know everything here. On the investment side, research and review ICOs that you are interested and give yourself time to think whether you will invest or not.

Bitcointalk is a great source of information to investigate projects.
The whitepapers have a lot of useful info that you can learn a lot from.
Never invest money that you can not afford to lose.
Stay away from airdrops, most are scams, only 5% or less are worth it.
If you want to make some tokens, a good way is the bountys, you only need to investigate for good projects and time, and without investing any money you will have some coins sooner or later.
Work hard and expect some hits, as in any other area of life.

Read different topics in different section like one by one for some different knowledge about crypto

Don't waste your time with airdrops, join a good bounty programme, make sure you PC is secure and don't go installing any crap thinking it can make you rich by offering to bot etc.

Don't send any KYC documents ever and do lots of research.

As a newbie at first, you should do research after that again do research and then read more about cryptocurancy, increase activity in this forum. Then I suggest to read all the posts that you wanted to know about bitcoin and altcoins. Make sure you save your private keys and passwords. Then invest small amount which you have spare with you.

Simple advice, don't trade, just buy bitcoin and hold. If you're not mature enough to accumulate your wealth and still want to trade when knowing that there's 90% chance that you will lose your money at least invest time into learning how to trade, learning to recognise patterns.
