Clockwise coin announcement

Description:
The Clockwisecoin project is a project for the creation of a new Crypto-currency which enables the user to conduct instant or delayed, non-retractable or retractable transactions, in the simplest and most user friendly manner. The coin's innovative features will ensure that corporations and organizations find it better suited for their purposes, and that better security against theft and human error is achieved. The project shall be released as open source.

Issuing:
20% of the coins will be issued in an early issuing for the investors funding the project. Afterwards, 80% of the coins will be mined by the PoW mechanism with the creation of a new block every ~10 minutes, and block reward halving every ~4-5 years.

Ethereum:
It is possible that implementation of the project above the Ethereum protocol instead of a new protocol, will be easier. In such a case, CWC's will be issued as a sub currency. The project's managers will consider this option with the condition of keeping a user friendly final product.

You can find the white paper here:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BzM7ph3hgfo1TGNsQVNTay13T1k/edit?usp=sharing

We are looking for a trustee for the initial issuing: his/her job shall be to ensure the safe holding of investor funds raised in the early issuing for the development of the project. An additional role will be to help choose the project's manager. The trustee should be a well known person in the Bitcoin community with a proven perfect reputation.
A person who believes he is adequately qualified according to the description stated above, please PM.

Any updates?

I have yet to receive any contact from interested individuals to manage fund raising or to participate in the development team. Probably this ann is drowning in the flood of scam coins announced here every several minutes, so almost no one saw it. Maybe it is also not very attractive because there is no address for investment right now, so it is not relevant for investors currently. But I can’t manage the fund raising by myself. If I do so, the project shall lose a major part of its potential funds flow, because almost no one will trust an unknown person to collect and be in charge of the funds. The fund raising of NXT, for example, managed to collect only 20 BTC.

Most likely will be distributed into the devs pockets.

There is no excuse for a 20% premine. None. Nada. Absolutely ridiculous.

It is not premine. It is early issuing. Yes, all the 20% of the CWC issued in the early issuing will be distributed amongst investors in the fund raising by the mechanism described in the white paper. The payment to the development team of the project shall be taken only from the bitcoins raised in the fund raising.

So what is the use of the funds?

We need to raise funds to pay the developers who work at this project, and to the project managers. I’ll probably ask for small percentage of those funds to myself as the entrepreneur of the project.

There is no alpha/beta yet. The only thing we have right now is the white paper. We didn't start to develop the protocol. Actually, I'll not do it myself. We need to find development manager first.

Msg me if you want me to put anything here.

Because I can't code it alone.
