I was today trying to move 100 USD from my PM to Skrill. Noticing that highflyexchange.com no longer exists I was forced to try new exchange service. Unfortunately I selected BitcoinXCash.com, since googling around I saw no scam reports.

Alas after 8 hours since they took my money until now neither the money hit my Skrill account, nor they answered any of 3 messages I sent to them. Their fax/phone number seems to be invalid.

I mean the site advertised also here, on the forum.

Their WWW: https://bitcoinxcash.com/. Avoid!

I do not know there are more than 100 sites, you have chosen this site and do not seem to be real at all.
They accept the direct exchange from Bitcoin to Paypal which is contrary to PayPal rules.
Sorry for your loss and remember that the bright names mean a confirmed scam.

Well the problem was I needed exactly to move small amount of cash from PM to Skrill. Googling around I haven't found 100 offers for such kind of service.
Usually I was using highflyexchange.com - they were sometimes late, but at least they were delivering.
Unfortunately this time I had to choose exactly BitcoinXCash.com - these scammers. Googling for "BitcoinXCash.com scam" gave no results, so on the surface it looked there's not much risk involved. And that advert on this very forum - 2 or 3 days ago - was suggesting site is alive...

At Perfect Money they use USD account number U14786020

Googling "BitcoinXCash.com legit" gave no results such as reviews or article either. Since it hasn't been 24hrs since you did the transaction, just wait a little bit.
Oh and that profile link you gave, BitcoinXCash.com was last active yesterday. Try sending that account a private message.

Googling for "BitcoinXCash.com scam" gave no results, so on the surface it looked there's not much risk involved.

many people would fall into these blows, this is because when the person does google search and does not find anything negative about the site he wants to use, then the person knows that everything is fine and does not take into consideration that can be the case of the site It is not popular and for that reason nobody uses the site and hence does not have negative comments on google. I myself was already deceived in a site because of this, I did not see any negative comments when I researched on google and at the time I did not think about the possibility that nobody had used the site and that for that reason would not have negative comments on google

The OP of the BitcoinXCash announcement thread, who is probably the owner was actually active not long ago. Try PM'ing him. It'll be likely that he won't even bother to respond to you because his site is so obviously a scam, but it doesn't hurt to try.

Next time, make sure that you actually use a reputable and trusted exchange, instead of finding a random one from somewhere and deciding to trust it with an irreversible payment method of PM. Not having negative reviews doesn't mean anything, it just means that there are no reviews.

You can actually use bestchange.com to browse your options next time, the exchanges on that site is usually legitimate.

"User 'BitcoinXCash.com' has not chosen to allow messages from newbies. You should post in their relevant thread to remind them to enable this setting."

So they were expecting such messages will be sent. When trying to reply in "his" thread:

"This topic is locked, you are not allowed to post or modify messages..."

Well it seems he's not willing to communicate with anyone - especially with victims - is he?

I'm pretty sure that all users start with those settings by default (not allowing newbie messages). I've PM'd him for you so that at least he is notified regarding the situation. His thread is most likely locked so that any negative reviews or comments of their site can't be publicly seen on their official announcement thread, and that's one of the most common scam tactics used by scammers as well.

Don't get your hopes up, though.

To me, it's very clear that this person is a scammer, and as such, will most likely not reimburse you with any sum of money. As I said, in future, please do some research before you actually send money to any bitcoin exchanging site.

Why would you trust a website that looks like it was made in 1970's in 2018? Looks like the scammer is a real old cunt.I'm trying to find some unprotected end-points in the website and should update it should I come across any.

You're right. What more can I say? I was careless therefore I'm punished.

I disagree. If I was a scammer, I would prepare shiny-trendy-jazzy looking website. Highflyexchange.com looked even more simplistic, but those guys were delivering (even, when sometimes late...).

Actually what attracted me - and looked strange, and even suspiciously - was different thing (but we shouldn't talk about this here to not teach that scammer), which I ignored, stupid me. Sad

Thanks for help - and yes, you're totally right. I should take my time, doing it calm way, not in a hurry: "OK, found exchanger, no scam reports? So let's do it and get back to work".
