Hi!

Recently I've used the Merit Dashboard for my stats who has sent Merit to me (I've posted a picture here) but some people were missing (at least Lafu and o_solo_miner). I've checked it today and both are there again. 
Just to let you know it looks like sometimes users are missing there (but if I search them separately they are there)...

It this problem known?

Ok, the issue you mention is with the sMerit Network Picture, which is a tool separate from the Merit Dashboard, although it can also be launched from within.

The graphic derived from the sMerit Network Picture does adjust itself for viewing in such a way that certain names may be hidden from a reduced sized image. That happens when there are many nodes on the chart, although I did not find an exact figure.

In order to see all nodes on the chart we need to:

-   A) Make sure the box that lies between the filter and the chart itself shows all the nodes (i.e. in your case, you need to make sure it says 145 of 145 nodes). If the former number is lower, pup it up by overwriting or using the adjacent upward arrow.

-   B) The image will be adjusted. If you see nodes without a name, it is due to them not fitting all on the screen at the same time (at least, the tool thinks it can’t). To see the omitted names, you’ll need to zoom into the image (using the plus sign on the left of the image) and scroll around.  If you press F11 you may gain a bit more space on screen (it hides/shows the URL bar and title).   

Note: You can also use the “Summary Received” Tab, add the filter “ToUserName” and filter by your username in order to se the data in a tabular manner.

Thanks for your explanation, only around 75% of the nodes are visible by default and I haven't adjusted it manually because I didn't see it:
