Mainnet will start soon...... much to do before starting mainnet.
About total supply .... technically yes the supply is unlimited but it is a very slow emmision.
you can always calculate the number of coin generated after 18.4 million
0.3 RECL/minute ------------------ roughly corresponds to 1.5 million in a period of 10 years.
