We wanted to let you know about an awesome new ICO that is launching in Q3 of this year and have a discussion around it- Windmine. The team are launching an ICO to develop 100% sustainable Cryptocurrency mining using the most abundant renewable energy. Wind.
Unlike other projects in this space the whole system is designed to allow users to take full advantage of the 100% free electricity generated by wind farming. The company will be building their own Wind Farms in North Eastern Europe. The cool part of this project is that the whole system is designed so excess energy can be pumped back into the grid.. unlike other projects, this means that the energy can then be recovered from the grid when the turbine's are not on, improving the utilization to around the 80%+ mark.
The whole concept is to ensure that more energy is pumped back into the "grid" (The electric system of the European Union) to assist with the sustainability of Cryptocurrency mining in general. In doing so, it is hoped that Alt coins will really benefit from this.
