ICOs Expectation vs Reality

Does anyone know of a resource to see how much ICOs have raised as opposed to how much they were expecting to raise?

Also, I'd like to know about exchanges that have tried to raise funds through an ICO, do you know of any that have done so successfully other than Cobinhood?
Would you be willing to get involved in something like that?
