Freerolls is definitely an option, but I dont think the rake will be high enough to be sending people the WSOP, but an interesting thought for the future, who knows what could happen.

Pokerstars etc charge 4-5%, thats seems a ripoff,  I was thinking probably 0.5% seems fairer

you dont need the rake to send somone to wsop
it costs around 72mil lot for wsop main event entry + travel money 13k usd / 16,25btc

if you make a tournament with 1mil + 3000lot entry you would need only 72players for the price pool to fill

so satellites and super satellites to that tournament ofc
10player sng 100k + 1000lot win = enrty
10player sng 10k + 200lot = entry to 100k sat
