Fixed that. We only had a little bug in our haproxy config.

0.3% withdraw fee? Well, this is many times 1000 times more than on other exchanges. I will not use it anymore...
Example: 100 000 QBITs cost 0.1QBIT on other exchanges, on swisscex 300...

@porcupine87
We need to discuss this topic seperately but we will keep you updated. We expect to lower the fees.
Please keep in mind that our order fees are low, you receive a very good support, we pay good money for our servers and the technolgoy behind this whole thing is not just a simple PHP (or NodeJS) website using a MongoDB/MySQL backend. We did some real engineering stuff Wink

Nevertheless if there is something you want or don't want, feel free to contact us. We're open for all suggestions.

@Mikellev
I totally agree with you, we gonna lower the min. confirmations for some coins.

This idea has already been addressed and is currently under review.

@Swisscex  congrats on setting up so many currencies.  What's the strategy for getting volumes and liquidity going?

Beside promoting our site on different platforms we expect to increase the volume by providing high standards for our services, which we personally missed on other exchanges. In particular the matching-engine, client support, performance in terms of speed, design as well as other nice features which we expect to implement in the near future should attract many people.

That can only go so far, any partnerships or incentives being created for miners?

Since we are new to the market we first need to see what kind of growth rate we can expect and/or how well our exchange gets accepted. Based on that we need to have further thoughts on what could make sense for us establish going forward. As of now we feel it is still to early to provide you with further information in this regard. Of course, if there are parties which have an interest partnering with us, we will consider the proposals.

Hm you are right. cryptsy wants 0.2 and 0.3% for trades, you just want 0.15 and 0.2%. So if I want to make many trades your plattform would be better. But your plattform is not popular at the moment. Nobody trust it and want to deposit coins there for a long time. I use all this new plattforms just to deposit coin, wait, make a trade, withdraw.

So on coinedup: no trade fees so far, fixed withdraw fee (very small)
Cryptsey: 0.2 or 0.3% + fixed
You: 0.15 or 0.2$ + 0.3% fee

I would recommend you to use the modell fo cryptsy and change it later when you have enough trust Wink

My wish for the xchange (not in that order...)

- click my account balances to get to the market (dropdown if needed for differen pairs)
- click the actual price to copy it into buy / sell form
- click on balance in trade window calculates the amount of max sell / buy of that coin
- background color behind the coins in the coins list of the one that are in my balance
- let me choose which coins I want to see in the list left side, maybe a fav. list or so
- pls show max amount transferable in transfer window (klickable)
- pls a address book for tranfers out
- color or highlight my own oders in the buy / sell list
- list my open orders right under the order list with possibility to cancel

- 2 fact authentification - google authenticator !
- email information about login, confirmation needed for any transfer / account change
