Startup company

I just want to ask your opinion. How hard is it to set up a company and how hard is it to get your first client?

First things first, do you know what company you wish to start ? try joining meetups near your area and try to network with people who have done somthing similar in the same domain.. It might help to network

hard i think, specially when your resources are very limited. try estimate what will be your expences. if you think you can finance it go. but like what he have said you should know what company youre interested at. know your goals and targets. ask your self are you really in to it? what i mean is do you really want such company or market? think think think
