Last weekend (June 2-3) FGCarena.com held their first Esports event at the Millennial Arena in Las Vegas with a $10,000 prize pool up for grabs. The Inaugural Live Esports Tournament powered by FantasyGold Coin ($FGC) was a PS4 DragonBall FighterZ competition. FGCarena.com will be continually holding Live Esports events each month.

With world class Pro Esport competitors competing in the tournament, competition was fierce. But there could only being one winner, Congratulations to GO1 for winning the Inaugural FGC Arena Dragonball FighterZ Live Event!!



Over the 2 day event, FantasyGold had their ATM powered by Bayside Blockchain available for all to use.


 
The event was a huge success, with many people asking, when is the next one? Answer is July!!

I streamed this event alongside 10k+ other viewers on twitch over the weekend.  The arena looked amazing and the whole setup was impressive.  Not too bad to have an event of this magnitude go so well on their first try. Makes me think the future events will be even better!

I would love to have a grateful dead style tour partnership that hits around the globe.  I have a hard enough time getting to Vegas as much as I would like, but you wouldnt have to twist my arm to go if this was overseas.

Huh...I thought it was cool to see Millenial Esports behind this.  I've become aware of them through Global Blockchain Tech, who made a $2M private placement with them a few months back.  I knew they were into the Eden Games / Gear.Club stuff, but nice to see they're helping events like this be a success.  Esports is going to continue to grow a ton...exciting for game developers and video game fans alike.

MN with an actual use case is such a rare find. I am starting to fall in love with FGC. Recent eSports event held in Vegas has marked the beginning of a wonderful journey. I am lucky to be part of this!!
