The development of the Internet has introduced electronic commerce and made it possible to trade goods online. But despite its simplicity, many transactions are still happening in reality.
The Carry Protocol points out that there are three problems with offline commerce. Point to the lack of management of customer information, the fact that stores and businesses use their customers' information for profit, and the lack of measurement of effectiveness despite advertising.
