My account was banned

Hi Bitcointalk moderators. My account "vanitsun" was banned a day ago. On my wall i saw this massage:

"Sorry vanitsun, you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum.
You have been banned by a forum moderator. You may appeal here: banappeals-w6pquw43@theymos.e4ward.com"

It's the first time i faced with such a problem. Tell me please what i have to do in this case?

Usually, users are banned for plagiarism, they think they are smart and can take an article from Forbes and co. and post it here as their own content/opinion. Spamming can also be a reason.

Not sure why your account is banned but looking at your post history you have no interest in the forum. 100% of your posts are about bounties/airdrops.
Do you even know what is a blockchain ??

I can't even view those posts, since I apparently have all those sections in which OP posts on ignore--I really wish when you search a given member's post history, it would show you posts from sections you have blocked...but anyway. 

From the looks of the most recent threads in Meta, it seems like mods are cracking down on shitposting and spam megathreads, which is good.  As far as OP goes, I betcha it's plagiarism.  Did you copy any content from here or other websites without posting a link to the original material, OP?  That's usually why people get banned here.  It's usually not for posting insubstantial nonsense or even for only posting in bounty threads.  Not that I'd expect you to admit it, but it's appropriate to ask anyway.

We'll see if a moderator stops by with the knowledge dump.

I know what is the blockchain. I was doing bounty tasks. There are tasks where you need to leave a positive comment or proof of work of your links in the social media.

I do not know whether you follow the rules to recover the account as theymos mentioned in his thread. If not I am sharing it below so kindly go with the signed message and signature with the required format to cyrus first.

What is the use for the moderators to ban accounts if they are unbanned after? The reply given above is for the users who can't access their accounts anymore (hacked accounts or locked for inactivity)
Banned means banned, there is nothing to do unless it's a mistake from a moderator

This is not the right format for banned accounts. The OP is already a dumbfuck, teaching him wrong things will make him worse. OP,you're not getting unbanned.

did you post an ETH address in that thread? that could be the reason you got banned
you can try appeal for it, maybe admin can forgive and unban you but don't get your hopes up
