Physical oracle services?

IS there somewhere a physical oracle service for verifying the authenticity of a signature in a transaction? like a physical key...

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

What do you mean by "physical key", what are you trying to achieve? If you are looking for a hardware device to verify signed messages look into hardware wallets such as Trezor or Ledger:
