Yes, sure. It’s wonderful when investors have an opportunity to influence the vector of development of the platform. I noticed that implementation of such mechanisms has become a trend over the recent months. 

It is a good feature, but it still needs to be proven as an effective tool to govern the platform over time. Full decentralization also brings up some problems.
