xmr_fan, we noticed unusual activity on your account, which is why your transactions have been temporarily suspended for security purposes. Please get back to our support reps and follow their instructions to complete the user verification procedure. Once you've done that, you'll be able to resume your operations. Thank you for your understanding!

So Freewallet is asking KYC information before you can access your "wallet" again? In my definition, a wallet is something that gives you and only you full access to your private keys, which means you and only you have full power to do whatever you want with your funds. If Freewallet has the power to freeze your funds, why does it call itself "wallet" and not (for instance) "bank"?

What is his issue ! it seems that depositing money into your wallet is an issue itself ! If your service did not ask for any KYC or warn about it before depositing you simply have no right to ask for it when withdrawing . Every respected service warn their users before they apply KYC and give them a window to withdraw there money before KYC get enabled if they know they wont pass this KYC . And you are wallet not an exchange why the hell you need KYC .

We are based on our terms and conditions. To prevent third parties from gaining an unauthorized access to the users account, we may ask for additional verification.
