This is my setup of 3 S1 outside of home in garden.

They locked in TV cupboard with additional cooling:

All 3 drawing 1100w from the wall.

Im using corsair CX500 psu

Extra cooling is made by adding 2 extra fans from old PSU. One blowing in and one blowing out of cupboard:

Temp of miners on average no more than 40c

So all looks like that:

Does it not get hot in there?

Btw what w are your corsairs?

I only have one Ant on a 500w Thermaltake, planning on moving its location soon and adding a 500w UPS to it.

Good thinking. That was my plan. Plus the noise of fun is 0-ZERO
Fire hazard if any is outside not inside house.

So everything planned as possible.

^sha-256 besides bitcoin are all basically worthless and impractical to mine. Personally, I am planning to mine with my antminers until the bitmain price is in the 1BTC range, then trying to sell them around 1.3-1.5BTC since that seems to be the appropriate markup

here is my rig - 2 antminers and required PSU(s) per crate, plus another antminer on the table behind it.

24" PCI-E cables with 16AWG wires and stripped ends - great for server PSU mods, best prices https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=563461
No longer a wannabe - now an ASIC owner!

Wait let me get this clear...

You are waiting for the Antminer price to drop to 1BTC so you can sell yours for 1.3BTC?Huh?

Interested in this thread.

Would like to see mods and upgrades that provide better cooling and make it quieter.

Anyone building some kind of rack/housing/mount setup?
I've been brainstorming the optimal placement of the miner and psu that provides best cooling/compactness/modularity.

If you want info on how much you can make with one of these go to
p2pstamp com  I post mining rigs and reviews weekly on there!

Best of luck!

Version 1.1 of the AntRack, has ~36 ants on it. Still not 100% happy with the airflow and cabling, but its getting closer.

questions about spacing between miners.

People who have the miners close, are you noticing a lot more heat, than keeping them separate.  I'm in the process of designing my rig.  I currently have 3 right, and I'm picking up 2 more next week.  So i'm trying to get an idea of the spacing.  Thanks
