It's no news that Facebook has placed a ban on crypto ads on their platform due to scam
What do you think is the solution to this?
Solution to it is only advertise your ICO on cryptocurrency focused website or directly buy ad spaces from one of the well known platforms like bitcoin wallet, myetherwallet, blockchain explorers, coinmarketcap etc.

Whatever trick you might use to fool facebook will get detected and they will ban your ad so don't totally depend on facebook or other social media. Focus on websites that are quite known to cryptocurrency enthusiast.

I think facebook will ban crypto ads is old news, and I get that the news is true, and the detail information is that Facebook only minimizes to avoid crypto ads from fraud.

even facebook has plans to create crypto. and that is good news.

for me, i think Facebook just need to follow the current of the crypto and blockchain, and not necessarily against the current.
however, blockchain and crypto is one of the technological revolutions, if they still want to fight it, I guess they really do not want to flourish

Crypto community don't need Facebook ads.
Facebook doesn't need to advertise ICO's to survive.

I don't see any problem here to solve... Could you elaborate?

For the record, ICO's should have a more thorough ID Verification to get advertised by Google and FB

Facebook has previously reported that it is prohibited to advertise bitcoin in any form. But then advertising coding still happens. Facebook has a rapid spread of speed. But use facebook to take information should also be careful, facebook time has revealed information and user password.

The crypto community has nothing to regret. Facebook is losing money from crypto ads. There are other social media sites that are targeted for crypto ICOs. They can take the place of Facebook and we move on. Thanks

Basically facebook banned this because of they wants to develop their coins that’s why but its not a matter of fact because crypto market also have sites where you can view adds based on this it never effect on coins because both are different things based on concept.

Facebook has placed a ban on the crypto currency ads on their platform regarding scam. I think this was a bad work for facebook. But other things can be done with Bitcoin using facebook. The thing that facebook bans is only the advertisement in bitcoin and not on other else.

I think Facebook has been bound to ban crypto ads. There are so many ICOs are launching everyday and most of them are purely scam who were using Facebook as a media of promotion. And facing some scam case, they banned cryptos. Through the decision, they can not provide anything good to the community, but they have stopped the promotion of any scam.

This is still a surprise to me that Facebook has ban crypto related adds, because i still see some crypto projects advertise on Facebook. Bounty hunters are also using Facebook to promote ICOs.
In any case, if Facebook bans crypto related ads, there are still very good platforms where crypto can be advertised.

If crypto doing well and they get market acceptance then I think facebook wants to connect with crypto. In recent times it will happen. Because day by day cryptos popularity increasing. That’s why cryptos need to maintains their performance.

I am confused about your question! What does mean by The solution? Facebook banned crypto ads from its platform entirely. After Facebook, Google followed facebook's steps, Then Twitter is preparing to ban the crypto ads, and now Medium has prohibited The crypto related article, bounties article etc.!

If I need to find a solution, then I think Crypto needs an own decentralised platform to spread its ads and topics. And, I assume that will be a new revolution for the crypto.

Crypto has its own solution but it's still lack of developer or the project runs by incompetence person. There is no solution for those are banning crypto. OP doesn't even know about what he is talking about and then i would not feeling surprised about that. OP just creating this thread to increase the post count and it was definitely true.

the best solution is to avoid facebook since they already banned crypto ads, instead you can use other social media platforms such as twitter , youtube , etc in order to promote ico ads and campaigns . There were also lots of forum (crypto forums ) online that always allow crypto advertising amd i guess these are the best way to promote a crypto project because most of the users were also crypto users.

personally I think, if Facebook does not count the whole crypto as a scam. Adding is blocked by facebook and google, as most ICOs, for now, are fraudulent. That time many people have lost money and then blamed facebook. hoping in the future we will be kept away from the scammers and no longer blocking by FB.

I think facebook is not banning everything about crypto. Its the victims of scam they care about. Most post are just spamming and others are scam. It is hard to identify each post if spam or not. Facebook is public and I do not think that crypto ads will be totally filtered and banned.

just forget it if facebook really do banned crypto from their page, we have other option like twitter, medium, steemit and instagram, we can start worrying if all of them do the same thing like facebook, banned crypto.

Finally, it is worth saying that the crypto-market really needs some sort of regulation in order to keep the fraudulent projects and authors in check. However, the solution shouldn’t be autocratic – like that of Facebook – but use the power of decentralized technologies instead.
