Having read the article on coinidol, this is a good initiative from the Belgian government but despite all the references to this website, there was not one link of the website posted on coinidol for interested readers to visit. I even did a Google search of 'toogoodtobetrue' and found nothing related.

Another thing that puts me off, if this website truly exist, was this part below :

The users have to keep in mind that the developers are not at all responsible for any errors in the system as mentioned on the website.

For a site that is created to help investors avoid potential fraud this is a red flag!

I have visited the link given above and look up for the link about such website but same as yours i do failed up and even doing a single google search wont really give you any results which means is this still on projected plans? if it does then its a good site for reference but washing up their hands if something went wrong isnt really a good thing.
