I think its to early to tell if its a scam just yet.  They did have to reset the chain once due to a bug, but from a mining perspective its been pretty stable since then.  Sure would like to see some updates (any for that matter) from the dev...

Everyone is calling scam yet there is no exchange and no one is buying on OTC so not sure where the scam is...However there still is 140GH on the network so someone knows something more than they are telling. If you have the hash and want to take a chance. I got the feeling something is coming with this one. Also had some good exposure and pickups from online blogs. So seeing this could mean that the devs are known and have connection in the industry. I would be careful to call this one a scam so early even with the restart and lack up updates.

I see no purpose to create another token just use the name of big project. This is just waste of time to follow this it will use old blockchain of ETH so that this nature make it real scam. Even exchange is interested to support this token for trading.

EOSC can be more efficient and quick in handling the things. It has been reality that EOS is facing issues which because of own rules creating problems for them for this now. Like they can't vote using tokens on exchanges and can't move tokens because they need to vote. It is like some kind of blockage but on the other hand EOS classic version is free of these restrictions. I will see how this project use the situation.

EOS is going through unexpected issues but they have mountain of resources and they are determined to flip the positions on CMC. I will not underestimate EOS classical but will not expect big competition too since it has to prove itself to have some start. It is not time to judge the token but need to wait what is being delivered.
