In 2018 there are many good altcoins. Calling the best 3 altcoin coins in it is really very difficult.
According to me, the best 3 altcoin of 2018 is-
   1.   Ethereum (ETH)
   2.   Litecoin (LTC)
   3.   Waves

The future of these coins is very good and I hope these coins will grow very well in the future.

what is the best in terms of first? because all coins have their own strengths and weaknesses on a time scale, prices keep changing and make them lose value because of a failed project. if in my opinion 3 good coins XRP, EOS and Litecoin from the price are quite stable and potentially with the quality they have. I did not mention ETH because this year was very bad.

I think cardano has a very big future. Everyone decides for himself where to invest, but I personally believe in this coin.

Eth comes first, it has clear first mover advantage in smart contracts section. Apart from that sharpe is doing great things, and gives dividends in eth when you do sentiment analysis. BBK I think will also do very good long term, given their dividend structure.

Actually it depends on everyone own way of thinking and 2018 is also not consider as a year of benefits for traders so no altcoin is good in 2018 but obviously cardano etherum Neo ripple they are some coins which has some scope in itself but it will not consider as best.

In recent coinmarketcap there is almost 2000 coins , most of them are shitcoins though. But my favourite coins are Eth , Neo , Xlm , Ont & Powr . These coins can give you huge profit in small time. But always do your own research before investing your own money.

In my opinion the best 3 altcoins for me in 2018 are Ethereum, Steem and Stellar. These coins remained stable even though the markets struggled over the last couple months of inflation. I see good future in these three specially in Ethereum.
