How do you imagine a perfect mining pool? What features would you like to see in a pool you would use? How would you like the pool to be financed? How would you want to earn shares of the mined Bitcoins? Everyone, please share your thoughts on this issue, and I`ll try to compile them in this post, so every pool admin can implement them.

ESMPPS, PPS probably or something P2P based. Oh and of course paying out transaction fees. (ad based?)

Automatic payouts are also something that's nice. ABC comes close, but appears to be a bit buggy, else I'd mine there.

Oh, an integrated market would be awesome!
It's funny. I'd love to have a payment system like Bitcoin to trade Bitcoins. xD

"paying out transaction fees" - what do you mean by that?

pools typically keep the 0-2 btc that are attached to a block for transaction fees, usually this is minuscule though....but in the future this will be the primary method for miners to make btc

Well, bitcoin.cz is taking 1BTC fee, as visible on the website (http://mining.bitcoin.cz/), although it does not say anything about taking the transaction fees overhead as well.
