I am going to launch my own ICO and have a very interesting and promising idea for this! But I have been engaged in classical types of business all my life and have no experience in conducting ICO. Tell me, please, where to start. I only have an idea and my White Paper, money to run a marketing company.
What is the first thing to focus attention on, and what are the first steps to do?
How and where is better to find people in the team?
How many people do you need for the team?
where to get advisers, and what should they do?
Do I need to conduct a road show? And in what cities?
Do I need to attract funds to invest in my project?
Whether you need immediately to register the company which will carry out ICO?
You have so many question. You should not ask so many question if you want to launch an ICO. Because that means you haven't much idea about ICO. So how you will continue work? For ICO I will try to answer you some point. It's not easy, why people will trust you and buy your token.
It's not big deal to deploy token, whitepaper , website, roadmap etc.
Main point is your project concept. Why you are going to launce ICO. How people will get benifite from your ICO?
What business you have currently and how you are going to use raised fund that are invest by people.
I will describe now what you must need for successful ICO.
1) Choice a unique concept that you are going to explain people how they are going to get profit from your token. Only trading is not enough for launch ICO.
2) You need 11 to 15 experienced member's team, they should well known on crypto market. You should choose team those are around you and you feel they are trusted. They can be blockchain specialist, trader or any other crypto related experience.Team should original. Not fake or find from online, they can cheat you.
3) Established a great community for your token. This is most important part of an ICO. Even your token listed on exchange but there is no good community for trade your token, it's look like one kind of scam.
4) Discibe your existing project and how investor going to get profit from your ICO project.
5) Team adviser also should good experience about crypto and marketing. As well as you can hire advisor. There is not much problem.
6) Your whitepaper should be based on your concept and professional writing with good design. Whitepaper keep role to attract investor. So you should careful about it.
7) Roadmap should be arrange profesonally to easy understand. Every step you should dicribe shortly on whitepaper.
8 ) Most important thing is advertising strategy. To reach potential investor from worldwide, your advertising should follow best strategy. There are no other option for success.
9) Skill developer most important for an ICO . You need to find best developer to build your ICO website, whitepaper and token deploy.
10) Your support system should be strong. Specially on your social media managers should skilled.
11) Your ICO should be press realese on crypto community and listing ICO rating site to get best result.
I am not much experienced about that. Whatever I had idea just described. Before take dicision think your own. There is big risk to loss capital if you unsuccess on your project. Because you must invest on your project first.
