You can use your personal computer, laptop or PGC web wallet.

For DOB 2.0 to open a DAC you need to have in your wallet 50.000 PGC + 1000 PGC + TX fee (0.something)

You need to send 1000 PGC (send to registar address 0xaf3f1729ed310cf7ad351d6ba3577cc96ce6b453 and in data field transaction type 01) and open a DAC for 3 months.

Daily rewards as of today are 66.3158 PGC / DAC . http://dob2.pegascoin.com/

At any time you can open close the wallet, no need to keep it open. DOB will check in the background your balance and that need to have 50.000 in it.
If you want to spend your balance you can, but in this case your DAC will expire the same day you spend and you will not earn anymore.
But if you had 50.000 and spend 10.000 at any time you can add again 11.000 send the 1000 fee to address and open DAC again and earn daily (since you have 50.000 again and re-opened DAC).
