I wouldn't use any online wallet for alt coins. They usually always turn out to be scams or they get hacked etc.

If it is determined that they are indeed scammers, we will be providing some support for users who lost their coins. So far we've contacted them via. PM and we'll see what happens from thereon.

Also, WHOIS data can easily be falsified. From what I've been googling, the address specified does not exist. Don't go immediately looking at that guy.

As of yesterday I've also sent an email to their webmaster team (the site also runs a SmartCoin pool). Still no reply.

I have no idea what these funds transferes. I think in the online wallet your coins should be still in the internal address of the client and not somewhere to "go". But I do not know much about building such wallets.

Unfortunately, fewer and fewer are likely to technical problems.
These strange transfers did not indicate this.

+1 adir77, thanks for the info. I read up on my transactions, it seems like the funds were in my online wallet for about 2-5 minutes before being transferred into a new, unknown wallet.
