Is there any slot that developers created in order to profit players? I highly doubt that so what you say is nonsense. None website can tell you profitable slot because such thing doesn't exists and no one can tell you exact strategy to beat slots. What about if I would say that slots learns from you too? Learns your strategy and plays against you with better brain than you have?

The house always wins because they are the people running the game, they get paid to operate it.  Doesnt mean they wont sometimes pay out more then they take in, in the long term they will operate a profit including the fees of operation.    This is why all the big gambling operations require a big float to pay the bills short term until its justified in the long term, also setup costs and requirement to attract customers for revenue is a big deal.  
In theory the house wins when they have the most people possible both winning and losing, so long as people are playing the house is getting its declared cut which is fair enough.   Flip side they dont want to lose those people or revenue by any idea that winning isnt feasible on their games.

What is the meaning? I believe this just not something that you can predict that easy because all you need is luck when it comes to gamble, except skill based games like poker games. I just checked the site and it seems there is a lot of list but do not really tell us where is exactly this slots is taking place, I mean like the site that offer this kind of game

I'm pretty sure that you are fairly new in the slots gaming. There's no strategy in winning a slot because its random and based on my experience it doesn't mean that you are max betting that you will get a bonus or jackpot. It is a game of random and pure luck. So I don't think that I will be interested on reading that website you posted. There's no secret formula in winning slots I agree with that. I have been playing slots for years and I think the only way to win on slots is by playing them more and more, to have balls to rise bets even when you lost a lot, to deposit again and again and to hope that you will hit some good bonus and huge payout.
But not all slots have huge payouts, great bonuses, jackpots, choosing which slot to play can be a crucial decision, it's ok to try all of them, but just some have huge payouts, good bonus rounds.
I will not read this article too, but I will continue to play slots in my way!

How have they been testing this? It looks like they've compared statistics and picked the ones who had a high occurence of bonus rounds etc.
But that info is useless if they do not show how they've performed this research. How many games did they play?

Also, isn't it possible for casinos to alter the payour rates or is that impossible?

I dont know where they did get those idea on analysing a slot machine? Winning doesnt being affected nor being rigged by game providers which means its all random and i cant see a reason why we do need to analyze it out?I havent seen any gambling sites that do gives guaranteed winnings into its players. There is no way he can do it precisely because it can't be predicted, like I said before this is a gambling site, how can you suppose to predict what is the outcome? If it is a bacarrat or may be poker games, it is still possible thing but to have slots prediction, and higher chances to win on some slots machine, this is might not be happens. You must not believe something like this
