These are the same. These miners will ship on Feb 4, 2014 from US (no customs delay etc.). If the buyer pays on Sunday night, I can ship these on Feb 3, 2013.

I have no idea when 1.5BTC miners from BITMAIN will ship and how long it would take for the units to reach the buyers.

fyi. they are shipping on the 8th. One could reasonably expect to receive them by the 12-13th. So you are looking at a 6-7 day advantage. I don't think one could make up a 5.2BTC difference in that timeframe
