In this changing world you cannot think that you are going to be doing the same for 40 years like your parents and their parents did, you need to adapt and those that do not are going to have trouble in this world, for example all those elderly people that found they had to go back to work since the economic crisis one decade ago left them in a bad economic shape found out that their skillset was useless and that they needed to learn if they wanted to be hired.
