Anyone here wanna become one of my workers. Salary will be paid every 2 weeks. One month contract. All miners will get 50% profits on what they mine if over 0.02.

If you are interested please reply to this forum topic with your bitcoin wallet id for wages and I send you the stratum login details Smiley

So the idea is we mine for you and get a 50% cut?

Message me if you have any problems

*scratches head*....

Why would anyone do that?
Wouldn't it be easier just to ask everyone with less then 0.01BTC/week to donate all they mine to you, everyone else to donate 50% of their BTC output to you? Wink

My mining pool only allows 0.1 withdraws. What is 50% unrealistic, maybe suggest any fair percentage

0.1 withdraws is not a good service... 0.01 is a better withdraw minimum.
A fair percentage for a pool ? Anything between 0.5% and 2%... If you don't know these figures just by common sense, you're certainly not a pool operator I would trust.

I can't really understand OP's plan....

IMHO looking for a world record : find the greatest fools on the planet joining a pool that steals over 50% of their mining output...
(or someone who hasn't noticed that there are dozens of reliable and reasonably positioned pools already in existence that don't need any "contract")

Okay I got that....
Just answer one simple question : Why - on earth - would anyone want to do that? People register their own workers on the Slush pool and mine for themselves 100% without any 3rd party counterparty risk (=you).
What incentive would you want to offer others to mine for you instead of doing it on their own ?

Extra income and Happy to contribute I suppose

How are you supposed to offer extra income?
That would mean you have to donate a fraction of your own funds to miners, which I don't believe for a split second you have in mind ?

"Happy to contribute" isn't exactly a viable motivator for people to risk their mining investment to some shady offers.

Your plan right now sounds like a very primitive scam attempt.

david2014, are you trying to tell (maybe) that the miners will receive extra 50% profit on what they mine???

I mean:

1) I mine in your pool 0.02 BTC (mine)
2) I will receive 0.01 BTC profit extra

This is the only reasonable treat of what you said. Anything else would mean taking 50% FEE which is incredibly stupid.

Well... *ugh*... not the way you're going right now.
Plus, publicly stating the intention of building Forum trust isn't exactly... trustworthy. Too much abuse/scams in the past.

Building up forum trust is significantly more difficult than mining, and that's a good thing.

I mine as your worker and earn 0.02btc and you add 0.01btc to my paycheck as you noted 50% extra income right???
so if I mine 0.02 ore any amount of btc you will add me 50% on top of that?

this is what you offer right???

Or are you saying if I for example mined 1BTC for your worker. I would actually get back 0.5BTC
