He is right in some sense. Decentralized exchanges lack the performance of centralized exchanges and therefore the latter have more volume and are more attractive to investors. But that might change over time with faster performance for DEX.

That does not happen here? How on earth can you say with certainty that LightBitAtom will never fall for a hack? It can happen to any platform and especially exchanges as the incentives are big for people to scam.

They haven't really done a lot since they started 2 weeks ago. Who knows how serious these people are about the project..
