ICO still not really well known, therefore we are still lacking the regulation for it, our government are not blatantly prohibiting it but also doesn't recommend it, it's like giving all the responsibilities to the investor themselves and when something goes wrong, we can't complain to them because we are basically putting our money outside their coverage. But,if there's so many ponzi scam that entitling themselves as an ICO, chance of being prohibited is there.

In my country, cryptocurrencies are not banned so that I can join any ICO. KYC only restricts people in ICO-banned countries, but if they use fake documents, it's hard to detect. In my country, it is very likely that by 2019, all cryptos will be banned and we may have to participate in cryptos privately.

Yup, for now. People here would really get berserk if we would not be allowed to participate in ICOs. I don't think they have the guts to censor crypto and abolish it. Quite the contrary, our government is working with the blockchain companies and trying to regulate things for the good.

KYC are done to prevent members of some countries from participating in ICO because it is illegal over there. Does your country permit you to participate in ICO?

in my opinion, do not allow me to participate in ICO because I know that at this time many ICO is a scam and many people who join ICO but do not get the benefits because ICO itself still cannot be believed for completely

in my country cryptocurrency is illegal. but we can still follow the ico. we just can not use crypto as a regular transaction. but the government still receives the existence. besides that, the development of crypto in my country is getting better so hoping in the future crypto are legalized in my country.

My country just gave a noticed that people shouldn't get too attached with ICOs. They are worried that number of our countrymen will be a victim of scams.

They are not saying that it isn't allowed by they are giving warning that there are various reports of ICOs that turned to be a scam.

There are some country that not allow ico conducting to their citizens example china and USA. Both are powerful country in cyrtocurrency actually but they decide to prevent ico. What the reason? I am not about this. But maybe they think by preventing ico then they can protect their citizens from scam ico. In my country there is such certain rule to allow or forbidden ico.

Our government is neutral on the issue about cryptocurrency and we are free to join in any crypto activities as long as we know what we are doing. They give advice that investing in crypto is high risk but not illegal.

I think our government doesn't know a thing about cryptocurrency, philippines only hear about bitcoin in the news when there is a scam about bitcoin and there are no laws about cryptocurrency but slowly and slowly we are adapting the cryptocurrency and now there are many supporters which is good.

Few countries only legalised in cryptocurrency so this is not a point. But most of the countries are said crypto is not illegal so we should decide our own risk. If we participate in ICOs or any crypto related program we only responsible our investment at the same time we should pay the taxes for every earning.

if I can work in the company it might be fun, because I can work with companies that support blockchain technology, and that's in line with me. hopefully in my country too can follow it

To be honest, there are projects in which I can participate , but there are projects that I can not do. I do not understand why this is so. I'm Ukraine
In Ukraine, there are no restrictions at all regarding the use of crypto currency or participation in the ICO. In the Verkhovna Rada, the legislative body of Ukraine there are two fairly good draft laws on the crypto currency. One of them, filed by the relevant committee, provides for a complete legalization of the crypto currency and its exemption from payment of any taxes. I do not quite understand why you are complaining about some restrictions in Ukraine about the crypto currency. I myself am from Ukraine, here with respect to crypto currency is quite comfortable.

as far as I understand the policy of my country if in investments including the ICO is still allowed and laws do not regulate anything about it. But if a new transaction for the given restrictions. so for ICO I think are still allowed to invest even though the actual crypto is still not legal in my country.

Yes, I am from the Philippines and there are no regulation laws when it comes to cryptocurrency. I also don't understand why other countries ban cryptocurrency when it's designed to be decentralized in the first place. But some are talking about that there is still a possibility that bitcoin can be regulated in all countries.

Yes, here in our country cryptocurrency has freedom. Specially ICO which a very risky investment. The government and the central bank in our country already approve the circulation of money in and out of the cryptocurrency.

My country allows to follow ICO, because my country is legal against Crypto. It's just that my country forbids the use of crypto currency for payment instruments, because the price is very fluctuating.
