Well, i don't do KYC, its too risky. But just to answer the question, no Crypto is not legal in my country. Its not totally illegal but its not totally legal either. Mining is not allowed and Rupee is not allowed to be exchanged for the cryto currencies.

Yes of course, cryptocurrency is legal in our country because our country is open to all opportunity that can help every investor to earn an income or profit because they know that they are the best and trusted.

KYC has nothing to do with your country of residence or origin. You will not be accepted for a campaign or to participate in ICO from the start because it is clearly stated. But KYC helps more in eradicating bots and scammers and multiple applications.

So far, there have been no problems with the passage of KYC to participate in projects. Because in our country there is no clear regulation of the crypto currency, while everything is only at the stage of reflection.

ICO is not banned in my country, nor is it advocating for us to join. I think that ICO really needs supervision and rectification all over the world now!

I lived here in the Philippines and I can say that it is not legal but not illegal. There are some few banks and companies that are accepting bitcoin and ethereum as mode of payment but you need to convert them first to PHP. We Filipinos are lucky because crypto is not regulated here in our country. We can easily buy ethereum and btc using coins.ph. We can trade btc and eth to fiat instantly as long as they are in our coins.ph wallet.

Cryptocurrency will be sanctioned in my nation this mid year . In any case, just as a speculation apparatus (advanced resource), not as a methods for installment. Utilizing digital currency as a methods for installment is entirely disallowed in my nation.

Yes it's legal but I've seen plenty of countries being illegal. Usually countries with trade embargos are illegal. It tends to the be smae for each ICO but it really depends for example Elastos even accepted USA as investors  Shocked

At the moment, yes, I can legally participate in the ICO, but what prevents swindlers from issuing false data from KYS? I think this is all useless, kys will not help.

My country doesn't restrict investors to participate in ICOs. I heard about countries in the Middle East and Northern part of Africa that are not allowed to participate in ICOs because the law of the land doesn't give room for it.

As of now, there is a linkage between the government and cryptocurrency in my country. The government wants to regulate cryptocurrency so that many people will get an access to this technology. Aside from that, the current administration wants to eliminate the fraud and scam using cryptocurrency. I am glad to the current news in my country because it boosts the confidence of the crypto enthusiasts like me.

Yes, cryptocurrency is legal in our country and im very happy they are open in technologies that can help boost our country's economy. Crypto transactions are fast growing in our country which i think will also lead to push the government of regulating the crypto in the coming years.
