Crypto is not yet either legalized nor announced as illegal in my country. Talk is going in the court raised between RBI and exchanges. There were many appeals but no positive or negative conclusion so far. There seems to be rumors that bitcoin can be announced as a commodity and in other hand crypto tokens can be accepted. No idea what is going to happen. But expect a positive results.

Yes, some countries has banned people from particiapting in ICO. There are many reason behind, some of the ICO are scam and hence govenment has bough some regulation. KYC is a good idea but doesn't give 100 % security against scam.  India has banned fiat-crypto purchase through bank but haven't banned from praticipating in ICO.

Hope things will change in following 5 years and I won't have any problems in cashing crypto.

I do not think that crypto-currencies can be blocked. it is technically almost unnecessary. of course authorities can turn off the entire Internet. but it will not be meaningless and not profitable. so I think crypto currencies will continue to exist. and the authorities will take steps to do something what can helps to the government to take profit from cryptocurrencies.

Participating in ICO is not prohibited in my country so anybody does not discourage me to invest in crypto currencies and participate in ICO. There is one important restriction that my income is imposed by taxes so if I earn money by speculating or investing I must pay taxes on my profit. As far as I know there are not so many people use crypto currencies in my country therefor while the government does not pay attention on operations with crypto currencies. By the way casino, poker and some other gambling games are prohibited in my country but as far as I know there are plenty of abilities how to evade those constraints and to gamble online by using various online services.

Most of the countries accept them but I think that is not because they trust in it fully, the thing is they need way more information to propose laws that regulate them, I think in the near future we could see some more regulations on cryptocurrencies by the governments.

Yes. ICO's and crypto were legal in our county. Only a few countries banned bitcoin so expect that there's not a lot of people will be able to relate a story about crypto currency ban. I am just thankful that the government supported bitcoin and doing what they can to legalize it. Technically it is not legal yet and there are only a few law or regulations about it. They might be interested on what they can earn from crypto by means of tax.

Most countries at the moment are silent on cryptos, not sure what how they are going to handle it, some are waiting for the US SEC so as to copy their decision as a guide to formulating their own policies. Mine is silent

Currently, my country does not prohibit bounty participation as well as trade cryptos. But the government will not be responsible if there are any disputes or losses from investors. So I think KYC is only suitable for investors, and bounty members do not need it.

It is not being declared legal nor illegal in my country. However, it is not banned and in fact it can be used in a very few transactions online like bills payment for utilities. With its legalities realized, I don't think it can be anytime soon.

No, our country doesn't allow anyone to participate in the ICO. But we also certainly know the mindset of today's society's growing smarter, if they have plans to participate in the ICO, they might be able to do it easily without being noticed by the regulatory body from the government.
