In our country, the law on the crypto currency is still being prepared. To it, our president refers, with his words, with caution, but this does not affect the development of cryptography in general in our country. And again, according to the statement of our president, programs based on bokchain will be introduced and tested. But the majority of people in my country laugh at cryptography, not understanding its meaning and what it is all about.

KYC are done to prevent members of some countries from participating in ICO because it is illegal over there. Does your country permit you to participate in ICO?

I'm from PH and in here cryptocurrency is well-known to the country. And good thing our country permits it. But I think there are still discussions in the government if they would allowed cryptocurrency as means of payment for bills.

There is no restriction in my country to participate in any ICO but they have warnings and advisory on investing in ICO because we all know scam Ico is very high risk investment, I think it's hard for them to know if you are investing in ICO, not unlike those residing in United States

Facing risk isn't just with crypto but since from the beginning even fiat cash risk still there all the time. In my country right now there's no strict law against cryptocurrency, same as what other countries who didn't prevent people from ico projects participations. Hopefully in the next few years this will be fully legalize.

I don't think KYC can play the role of "control." This stupid physical means cannot intercept encryption. So I think it is completely unnecessary to provide KYC.

Many who accept crypto-currencies as payment for work for real estate or other goods, and there are institutions that deal with the exchange - purchase or sale of crypto-currencies.

There are no restrictions or restrictions yet in the country, but it can also be seen that some domestic services do not sell to domestic citizens. When I wanted to know the reason for this, they told me that it was related to taxation and that I could not make purchasing transactions within the borders of the country I was in. But this was not quite right and I was able to make purchases and sales transactions on different services with ease. In addition, a contractor who builds and sells houses within the region can also sell homes legally with options such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and NEO. For that reason, there is no official explanation yet by the state, but it is not known whether it is legal or illegal. Even if there is such a ban, the state in that state can not absolutely control the law, and people can continue to buy and sell transactions. On the other hand, many projects with KYC conditions have not produced any problems or limitations for the country I have attended until today. For that reason I think it is not forbidden, unless an arrangement is made in the near future.

By the way, my country is illegal country because only Turkey know's our country. Cheesy

There are no restrictions of crypto currencies in my country yet we are free to buy whatever we want and invest it in any projects such as ICO but it has simple regulations before we can invest in digital money also they put taxation when ever we convert to fiat. I think this is fair considering other countries ban crypto's and doesn't let them use it.

Actually crypto development in my country is progressing and has hope in the future. However, to this day crypto has not been legalized in my country because the government still views it one eye. But, we can still join ico, because we will not only use crypto as the main transaction. I hope that in the next few years, Crypto will get its place.

Crypto is not legalized in my country, actually crypto with its blockchain technology is very useful for economic development, agriculture, banking and other data collection even blockchain is very useful for elections. Our country is not ready to accept crypto, I know why our government does not want to accept crypto, I think the people of my country have been clever and they can see the benefits of crypto for their economy and they keep investing in crypto even though the government prohibits them.

It seems to me that initially we should think about legalization of the crypto currency, but the government will not do it until it finds the ability to control the crypto currency and its users.

In my country, cryptocurrencies are legal. But when you go to the state bodies, elderly women are speechless, you can understand that they do not have scripts for such moments, their worn-out computer freezes and issues, sometimes, proposals of such a pattern that it begins to seem to me that I was in the fifteenth century.

I cannot say that it's legal but our country does not restrict the use of it. They have shown their support through releasing some safety about investing in crypto and I think that's a confirmation that they are not against the use of it. The banks are also gaining benefits as more and more people invest in crypto as they convert it into fiat.
