Facing risk isn't just with crypto but since from the beginning even fiat cash risk still there all the time. In my country right now there's no strict law against cryptocurrency, same as what other countries who didn't prevent people from ico projects participations. Hopefully in the next few years this will be fully legalize.

I think this is fair considering other countries ban crypto's and doesn't let them use it.

They have shown their support through releasing some safety about investing in crypto and I think that's a confirmation that they are not against the use of it.
