The Bounty CampaignThe Green Power Exchange Bounty Campaign shall commence
at 00:00 EST on 11th June 2018 and conclude
at 00:00 EST on 25th June 2018. Up to a total of $2,000,000 worth of GPX token will be distributed amongst qualifying participants.
Green Power Exchange (GPX) shall distribute awards amongst contributors who actively participate in the bounty program goals after GPX undertakes a thorough review to analyze quality and ensure prevention of abuse. This will occur no later than two weeks after the main ICO concludes and may be delivered in GPX tokens, ETH or cash equivalent payments (at $0.12 USD per GPX tokens or equivalent, a 20% bonus on the ICO price) as per the sole discretion of GPX.
- GPX reserves the right to amend the bounty program in any way it deems necessary in its sole discretion at any time.
- Consideration for award distribution will be based on reach, creativity, engagement/ response rates, relevance and the general effectiveness of accomplishing bounty campaign goals.
- Participants who deliver good results will be eligible for bonuses.
- GPX reserves the right to remove participants and/or tokens from the bounty campaign for any reason at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, unethical behavior or fraudulent submissions.
- Participants MUST NOT promise any returns or advertise the GPX ICO as a good investment.
- Participants MUST NOT mention the ICO explicitly in any writings or mentions of GPX.
- Participants MUST write only about the GPX team, concept, technology, idea, vision or industry impact.
- Engagements on posts dated before 10th June 2018 will NOT be rewarded.

a. A GPX team member will swiftly respond outlining if the material is accepted or rejected.

7. GPX shall review all articles/blogs and assess their impact level- tokens shall be allocated dependent on perceived impact of posting upon the bounty conclusion.

8. GPX reserves right to reject the article without giving reason.
9. Participants must ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of GPX before creating publications.
10. Article must contain at least 1 link to the official GPX website.

No GPX tokens, ETH or cash equivalent shall be payable or owed to any Bounty Campaign participant, regardless of their activity to date, in the case that GPX;
1. Decides for any or no reason not to proceed with the pre-ICO and/or ICO token sale events, or;
2. Deems using its sole discretion that the funding raised in the pre-ICO and/or ICO sales to be insufficient to proceed with the platform development and thus decides to discontinue the project with immediate effect.
