There's a low chance in getting your money back but you can report him by going to the link that KWH provided. After posting your scam accusation DT members will have a look at your case and they'll leave a red tag/neg trust to the user if there's enough proof that he did scam you. Next time use an escrow on your future tranasctions to avoid getting scammed.

For future: You should never, ever trade without escrow, no matter how high ranked the user is.

At his profile you can see that his e-mail adress has changed recently, so probably the account has a new owner / got hacked.

Sad to hear this, but at least you got prepared for the future trades.
Don't judge any user's trustworthiness only on the basis of his rank. Make sure they have positive trust. If not, then use escrow is a must to be used.
For now, lodge a report in the scam accusations section and let's see what he has to say. (He is currently online btw)

This is really bad condition for you mate. Create the thread on scam acussation section to report the people who ever scammed you in the transaction. Please do worry about it. If you involve any kind of transaction with the other forum member.
For a betterment use one escrow in that trade. If the escrow is there your money will not be stolen at all.
Take this is as lesson and make report with the proof to tag that shit.

You should ideally be using exchanges unless you really want to go through the trouble of finding escrow and make sure everything goes smoothly.There are a list of forum escrow as mentioned in the link here
It all depends on the amount involved and the escrow available at the time of your deal. Having said that, don't fall for that list blindly, do your own homework.

I've seen escrow services scam as well, so you are never 100 percent safe.

That is why you use someone with a high trust rating for escrow. You reduce your chances of getting scammed.
