I have with two sapphire's HD 7950's...
My pc randomly shuts down and my asus mobo tells me it detected power surges.
At first i thought it was a faulty psu but now i changed it for a 850Watt gold corsair psu and the problem still occurs.
Two cards bricked because of this random shutdown happening to often and luckily i could change them with warranty.

Take out most of that stuff...

Lookup Gap ---- take it out

hotplug.... Huh

If you are having issues take out the "thread concurrency" until you get it stable
