Im looking for a 0.01 loan. Will pay back 0.03 for 2 weeks interest. I have no collateral but would like to boost my rep and trust. You can find my wallet id in my forum signature.

Using a loan to build reputation just makes you seem less trustworthy. If you want to build your reputation, complete genuine transactions and prove to the community that you can be trusted.
