BFL Single Firmware 2.5.0

I have a newer Butterfly Labs Single 50GH/s, built in January 2014.  The sticker on the unit says firmware 2 5 0, I assume 2.5.0.

I flashed the unit to 1.2.9 and the unit will no longer work.  Computer will show a "BitForce 256SHA" connected via USB, but cgminer and bfgminer will not detect the unit.  It was working fine before the firmware downgrade.  I have tried many settings in 1.2.9 and nothing works.  I can not find a replacement firmware.  The board looks good with no apparent damage.

Does anyone out there have a single firmware of 2.0 or greater?  Or any other suggestions?

What were you hoping for by installing an old firmware on new hardware?? Are you really surprised that it is bricked?
Anyway, I hope you can track down a fix. Try the butterflylabs forums.

I thought 1.2.9 was the newest firmware released.

Maybe try  to reflash again in case you made a mistake.
