Bitcoin is unlikely to reach the point to $ 1,000 because bitcoin is in the mainstream now. If the government wants to get rid of it by closing the bans that prohibit people from using bitcoin. It could have fallen to $ 5,500 and that could be the lowest point. We can see that bitcoin will rise in the near future. All we know that bitcoin is literally very risky because of the high volatility it has. The ups and downs of it's movements making us happy and sometimes scary. Well, we have no something to do with that if it's value is down into $1,000 because that it's movement and we can't able to control it. I believe all the things are not impossible to Bitcoin. Yes, anything like $1000 is possible only if we have a very strong alternative to bitcoin. Among the current coins, no coin seems to be capable of that.

Well bitcoin was obviously going to correct till the current price range and anyone could have predicted it, but I don't think that Bitcoin is going as low as $1k. The most low it is going is $3k. But that too wont last for much time. Bitcoin reaching the $1k price level would be catastrophic for the crypto markets.

p.s. people laugh at you not be cause of the price you are telling them but because of the randomness of your guesses and the false confidence you have in your random guess...

These sort of bitcoin price prophets just doesn't seem to get it. Making a certain prediction from 1k, 2k, 3k, up to 10k is a 10% chance of getting the prediction right, which is pretty high enough. Making random guesses and getting them right makes them think they're smart af.

You have a valid argument. However, most of us doesn't buy that argument simply because it doesn't make sense. First, at around $6500, there will be a good support and I think everyone will think its a good time to enter the market so investors will start to purchase it again so obviously it will not go down. Second, although we are have another market correction taking place, it doesn't mean that investor is not in the buying mode. Everyone is only waiting for the perfect time to get in, maybe others doesn't have the budget right now or they are simply waiting for the bottom, (which I believed is $6700). With that said, I don't think that $1K will be seen in the next couple of months, but around the $8K-$9K is more likely.

Nice call on that one, though it was obvious Bitcoin was due to some major correction after a bull run from $2K to $20K within a year. Did you sell at the top?

Although I'm a Bitcoin believer, at this point I would love to see Bitcoin going back down to $1K-2K range. I would spent all my money to stack Bitcoin if it ever reaches that point haha. Very very unlikely though, a lot of people and institution with millions of $$$ have the same mindset as mine. Most people are still bullish right now. I would call $5K-6K as the bottom.
