There's no reason to expect $1,000 (yet) because of the huge cluster of support (and the long term log uptrend) in the $2,000-$3,000 area.

But it sure looks like price could be chopped in half here, or worse. I'll agree that it looks pretty damn bearish. Retesting the April lows is a very ugly look (though bear continuation has not been officially confirmed yet). It could be forming a descending triangle -- which is exactly what happened at the start of the 2014 bear market.

Why are you so sure and want the price to go down right away? indeed nothing is impossible in this world of crypto, but I'm sure bitcoin not down to 1$. last year bitcoin prices up above 15k $ and haven't experienced a price reduction. and this year is where bitcoin is corrected and corrected. There are possiblity, but like wise from $6700 to again $20K is certainly possible right? Anything can happen and yes few prediction do happen as the nature of crypto currencies are natural. No idea why the price is being low for almost half an year with so many ups and downs. Hope, likewise last year, the growth picks up by end of June. Too many bad news do impact the growth of bitcoin and other altcoins. Expect that this happens soon.

i think your prediction is possible but very unlikely, bitcoin price is really unpredictable at the moment, theres a lot of factors affecting it. if it gets lower theres a lot of bot traders setted in at very dip thats is why fluctuate and quickly bounced up, and then the cycle begins again, note that were still on the downtrend phase.

Yea Bitcoin can possibly go down until to that price point. more and more whales are manipulating the market now most whales are from China and Russia. But wait for the rise of Bitcoin when the 4th Halving will occur 2-3 years from now most likely the price will go to the moon again and hype will be there again.
