Winner takes the prize, Yamzu takes 15% of this reward for the operation. This is a really cool way to reward players directly for their wins and let them earn money. Correct me if I am wrong but I cannot find any other project like that which already has existing community and they want to run ICO just to expand their already running product. Very promising.
